Reliance broadband not working from last 8 days

Reliance broadband is not working from last 8 days. I have complained 3 times, they just that it will be rectified in 24 days. Once a technician came, he didn't checked anything and just told that the problem in some fiber cable, i cannot do anything and whole society is facing same problem due to this. We 'll get a reply that ur server staus is down nd sorry for inconvenience which we don't know. And they say we can't promise any deadline. Atleast they will have to follow the complaint rite?? Nd reply status to us that this progress has been made we are having difficulty nd it will take time. Nothing has been done. I have got. 3 times line to act each time it's d same case. It's so pathetic service. And when i asked Chandigarh Reliance office mr. Bailber , then he told me I'm not responsible for this issue,how to can resolve this issue, i do not understand... I'm very tired for Chandigarh reliance broadband service.

No Service No Port Out - Courtesy Reliance

Hi, I wish to bring to your notice the most pathetic form of service any service provider can offer. It would come as no surprise that it is from Reliance. I am using two post-paid numbers from reliance. My number is 969923**** and 969961****. Both these numbers are under post-paid plan which entitles me to free 2GB 3G data. Since last 1.5 months I don’t have any network for data or for calling at my home. This is a big surprise as my home is located in a prime location in Mumbai. Its next to Inifinity Mall, malad west, Mumbai. I complained to Reliance communications several times. They didn’t do anything in the beginning. Later on after a lot of follow ups and emails they said that they will resolve it within 3 days. After 3 days I didn’t get any response. So I wrote to them and asked them about it. They wrote back saying that it will take 2 months for them to resolve the issue. Can anyone paying for a service accept this? 2 months of no phone connection at his house!! I went to get a mobile transfer request on my phone to switch to a different provider Vodafone. In spite of me paying all the bills etc. Reliance denied the switch out request saying that bills haven’t been paid. I wrote to Reliance and they haven’t got back to me yet. Meanwhile, I cant use my phone nor can switch to another service provider! I request you all to add this message on your facebook and twitter accounts. Please also add in your bad experience with Reliance phone so that all of us can make informed decisions before taking a reliance connection.

No internet for 3 Days no response from Reliance Broadband

i've reliance Communications broadband connections. I've been using this connection for a long time and every month I am getting downtime of minimum 2-3 days. Even thought I complain to customer care, they close my complains without resolving. But this time its very frustrating, for last three days my internet is not working and CC guys are saying they will do their best etc etc.... I had registered a complaint on 4th July 2013, which they closed on 5th July at 5:30pm without resolution. Now I called up customer care to check status on my update i found its closed and without resolution, without my consent. So I had to register a new complain just 10 minutes later my prior complain was closed. Today its 8th of July and my Internet is not working and I'm still getting same answers from customer care executives. I think I will file a complain in consumer court and will wait for the resolution from there. If anybody else has the same issue then welcome to join me as that will reduce the time in the Court proceedings. thank you

No network resolution even after 15-20 complaints in last 11 months of reliance gsm koramangala BLR

Hello I am facing big network related problem in koramangala one of the posh area's of bangalore. I am facing this problem from the time I came to this area means feb2012. Here is no indoor coverage I am using two reliance number 901993**** and 958032****. Right now I transferred my calls to another operator because of bad service of reliance. I made complains atleast 15 times to reliance customer care I also mailed them many times but they never gave any resolution in last 10 months. All the time they just gave a stupid diplomatic answer that your network problem will be resolved as soon as possible. I don't understand what is the meaning of as soon as for them. Sometimes they called me I picked phone, nobody responded from their side and those liar reliance employee made a note on my complaint that they called me thrice and I didn't picked phone and they closed my complain. Once a guy came to my home 4-5 months back just to check network who even don't know on what frequency reliance work. I don't know why reliance is having such an unskilled engineer. I am suggesting here nobody ever buy or use reliance telephonic services. They are the biggest fraud in town. Reliance is having such a team who cant resolve a single network complain in last 10 months. Shame on reliance .... never buy reliance... -neeraj kumar 0966386**** neeraj.Agrahari@***.Com

RCOM is not able to resolve a single network complaint in 11 months.. Shame on them...

Wrong message and bill is more!

sir i m a reliance GSM post paid connection of No. 955513**** of my name Chandra ket singh. my billing cycle date is 07th of every month. in last billing cycle i contacted customer care told them to change my plan to 899 unlimited and i received a message day after that same plan is activated in my No. but wen i received the bill after that billing cycle then my bill was of 99 rental and my bill was Rs 2218 which was suppose to be Rs899+ service tax. and wen i again contacted customer care then they said its not their fault its my fault and for changing the plan i should hav contacted them 2 days before but that time they didn't say this and received a message that my request will be processed. sir but problem is that by mistake of mine i hav lost all the messages related 2 this.

INCOMPETENCE OF RELIANCE

Its absolutely amazing that RELIANCE not at all bothered about the complaints they receive from their customers. The very least they can do is at least send me my bill. This just shows their level of incompetence and complete disregard for the problems faced by their customers. And then when a customer wants to get a connection cancelled they ask and i quote- "Ma'am did you register a complain with our customer care?" Well, now I would like to ask them that even if I have registered a complain 4 days back nothing is done about it. Kindly tell me that what is the use of complaining when it is completely ignored.

Excess amount not refunded by Reliance

I had taken two connections in jodi offer & my nos. were 932317**** & 022-3240****. However after using the fwp for a long time I was facing the network problem at my residence. So I had surrendered the Land phone no. 022-324**** on 14th June 2007. My billing account no. for this was 229544****. I had registered with the bill junction for the payment of these phones bills through my ICICI bank credit card. But even after I had surrendered this phone every month an invoice was raised for this account no. & some amount was debited from my card. I had called *333 (Customer Helpline No.) but I was told to visit nearest webworld. I had visited Thane webworld where I was kept waiting for almost three long hours & was told that my account no. 229544**** was given to some Mr. Rakesh Shah & his outstandings were getting cleared from my card. The manager over there told me to show the card statement to Mr. Rakesh Shah & ask for my money. The total amount debited from my card account is over Rs. 8800/-. Do you think That if I ask Mr. Rakesh Shah he will pay me the billed amount. Does it justify to ask him for the money? After repeated visits to the Thane Webworld I was told that the amount that was a little over Rs.11000/- would be adjusted against my any other Reliance phone. I was asked to give the nos. of other phones so as to adjust the excess amount. These nos. were given to the Webworld Store Manager Ms. Seema Gudariya as well as Mr. Rohan Shinde on phone & in person & also to M/s Girish Dokhe & Yagnesh Shettigar(service assurance cell) by mail, but to no use. I am still running from pillar to post to get my money back.
